Nagano Kogyo Co., Ltd. (Chikuma City, Nagano Prefecture), an important partner company of TOUCHI INTERNATIONAL CORP., has changed its company name to "Tadano Utility Co., Ltd." We will continue to build a continuous cooperative relationship as a partner in our used construction machinery business.

Background of the Company Name Change

Nagano Kogyo Co., Ltd. is a company with a long track record in the manufacturing of construction machinery, including aerial work platforms. This company name change was implemented as part of the Tadano Group's reorganization strategy, aiming to expand the company's business areas and strengthen its brand power. The new company name "Tadano Utility" indicates expansion into a wide range of utility fields beyond construction machinery.

Relationship with Our Company

Our company entered into a comprehensive agency agreement with Nagano Kogyo Co., Ltd. (now Tadano Utility) in 2022, and we have a close cooperative relationship in the export business of used construction machinery to the South Korean market. Even after the company name change, there are no changes to the contract terms; rather, business expansion is expected by leveraging the global recognition of the Tadano brand.
