At the Ibaraki Kasumigaura Factory, opened in 2018, we have introduced the latest sorting and processing technologies to achieve the production of high-quality copper nuggets. We regenerate valuable metal resources from industrial waste, supporting manufacturing supply chains both domestically and internationally.

Located on the shores of Lake Kasumigaura, this factory features a vast site and state-of-the-art recycling equipment, processing thousands of tons of non-ferrous metals annually. Designed with environmental consideration, it is equipped with wastewater treatment and exhaust filtration systems, actively contributing to regional environmental protection.

Raw Material Collection
We collect copper scrap, wires, and other non-ferrous metal waste generated from factories and construction sites nationwide. Proper sorting and storage maintain the quality of the raw materials.
Sorting & Crushing
Separation by metal type using the latest sorting equipment. Removing impurities and crushing to appropriate sizes improves the efficiency and quality of subsequent processes.
Melting & Refining
Melting in high-temperature furnaces to remove impurities. Advanced refining processes produce high-quality copper ingots with purity exceeding 99%.
Nugget Formation
Processing the refined copper into uniform nugget shapes. The shape considers ease of distribution and use, meeting customer needs.
Quality Inspection
Conducting component analysis and visual inspection. A strict quality management system based on ISO 9001 provides quality assurance for all products.
